This Razor Freedom series has a noise reduction ratio (NRR) of 23 dB and uses noise activated compression (SAC) of 0.02 seconds. SAC is a special electronic circuit that reduces gunshots and other loud noises to a safe level without completely shutting off the noise. This allows you to hear commands at the shooting range or communicate with your shooting or hunting partners.
