The Race Master Holster has become the world's preferred competition holster for many of the top shooters in our sport.

The Alpha-X was born from years of experience and market feedback with the following features

 

New ball joint and locking mechanism:

The Alpha-X's ball joint offers a wide range of motion, allowing you to position your holster at just the right angle.
This holster uses a much larger ball joint and a snap ring latch that locks the ball firmly in place without damaging it.
Even the smallest adjustments are always possible with this system.

The ball joint is now higher and closer to the center of the holster.
This reduces the forces applied and makes the holster very stable when worn.

A large, easy-to-reach, one-screw locking system allows you to adjust the holster position, even while wearing it.

 

Height adjustment:

Is done through a milled groove directly in the holster body of the Alpha-X
Again, locking is achieved by an expanding dovetail mechanism that will not dent or damage the rail.

 

Detachable belt holder

The Alpha-X features a two-piece belt clip that can be disassembled by opening a single screw.
All position settings are preserved!
The holster can thus be removed from the belt and transported in a space-saving manner.

The Alpha-X belt mount only fits a 1.5" wide competition belt.
It will not fit a 1.75" or 2" belt.
Like all race holsters, it should only be used on a tight, stiff and thick belt.

 

Interchangeable colored logo inserts

The Alpha-X basic holster body is only available in black anodized, but with a choice of optional laser cut plastic inserts in different colors you can color change your holster at any time.

The Alpha-X uses the same successful magnetic insert blocks used by the Race Master Holsters.
An Alpha-X holster can be purchased with or without an insert block
