The RCBS® Hand Primer Seater not only seats primers quickly, but also features a safety mechanism that separates the seating operation from the primer stock to reduce the risk of stock explosion. It fits comfortably in a reloader's hand and allows for portable primer seating, with installation of the primer magazine requiring no contact with the primers. The tool uses the same RCBS® caseholders (post-1980) as RCBS presses. It is made of durable cast metal and includes large and small primer punches.
